"You often hear people talk of things that have made a real difference to their life’s or how suddenly all the clouds lifted..... Well I would be the first to head for the box of Maldon Salt and take handfuls not pinches. However I will say this, Blue Banana has allowed me to share my ideas and perhaps most importantly gain in confidence to push these ideas forward. I would truly recommend it to anyone who isn't sure if they should make the leap and do something for themselves. As for me, don't bother passing the salt, I'm cutting down and now eating a Blue Banana as part of a healthy balanced diet"

"I was lucky enough to attend the first ever Blue Banana group and it really has helped me. Where as before I might of got stuck on a problem and not really known how to solve it I now go to the monthly meetings and voice my concerns. This isn't to say they are always solved but it is good to hear what other people advise as they have often been in a similar situation.
